I should have picked this hotel to stay when we first arrived in New Mexico. Rio Rancho is a nice city compared to Albuquerque. No deposit held for a room. Very easy check in at a reasonable price. We was surprised the room had a mini kitchen in it and the room was big. Very clean and everything worked. The shower felt good. Will for sure stay here on the next trip.

The “breakfast” should be identified as a grab and go thing. It was ok, but not useful to me as a diabetic. There should be a trash receptacle so customers can dispose of wrapping. The property is what it advertised itself to be. It was my first stay at your brand, and I will stay with you in the future.

I was provided a pitcher of hot water, coffee, tea packages and oatmeal. This does Not constituent breakfast. False advertising!!!! No dining area provided. Very disappointing.
